How to Use This Practice
This is your system's master reset button. If you can lie down, great. If you're sitting or standing, find any position where your body can be fully supported. This isn't about doing—it's about allowing.
The Position:
Allow your body to be completely supported by the surface beneath you.
Focus on releasing your lower back, hips, and deep core.
Let tension dissolve with each exhale.
Why It Works:
This practice encourages the release of your psoas muscles—the deep core pillars that connect your spine to your legs. When they surrender, they signal profound safety to your entire nervous system, allowing your foundational architecture to reset from the ground up.

"Welcome. This is a practice to reboot your entire system at the deepest level. It's called Constructive Rest. If you can lie down, great. If you're sitting or standing, just find a position where you can be fully supported. This isn't about doing anything—it's about allowing built-up tension to dissolve.
Close your eyes. Let your awareness settle into the weight of your body. Feel how the floor or chair is holding you up. You don't have to hold yourself together anymore.
Now, bring your attention to your lower back and hips. This is your center of gravity, where a lot of stress and tension accumulates.
The goal isn't to force anything, but to allow this area to let go, to soften.
With each exhale, imagine you can release a little more tension from your low back... your hips... your pelvis. You're not pushing the tension out, you're just creating space for it to melt away on its own.
